Best Practices

Here are some tips to get the most out of your free trial

The Example Workspace contains sample data and template dashboard and reports to get you familiarized with the basic features of Kubit.

Agent Analytics Dashboard

Every report on the Agent Analytics Dashboard is completely self-served. It showcases the analytics features in Kubit by combining product analytics with LLM observability and conversational context.

  • Click on the info icon next to the report name to preview the definition of the report

  • Click on the name of the report or the "Show in Report" button in the info popup to go to the report builder in Explorer

  • There are many different report types you can play with:

    • Query: single measure with aggregation (e.g. count, sum, avg), or multiple measures in a formula, with filter and breakdowns.

    • Funnel: conversion between different steps (event/span name)

    • Flow: Sankey diagram showing users' journey between events/spans

    • Retention: retention or churn grid showing the returning of users over time by cohort

Agent Activity

Go to Agent - Activity to find the individual traces, spans, sessions, users in a Grid view. Here you will find the view of LLM observability: it is great to see all the log entries for troubleshooting, but identify the pattern here will be like finding needles in haystack.

Demo Store

You can manually trigger new traces by accessing our demo store here. Feel free to chat with the AI Shopping Assistant, and your traces will appear in Agent Activity in minutes. You can also click the Simulator button on the top-right corner to run a pre-defined script to speed it up. All the traces will be logged with your Kubit user_id (just a number).

Integrate your own project

Ready to take Kubit for a spin with your own project? All you need to do is to install Kubit Plugin and invoke kubit-integrate skill. Give it a shot.

Invite your team members to your Organization and let them play around. Don't worry, your trial is unlimited and we will never charge you by seats. Analytics is a team sport and all your colleagues are welcome to collaborate.
